We use local New York dairy for all of our signature flavors. Dairy, with its blank palate, is able to carry spices and flavors more robustly, creating the best end product.
All of our flavors are handcrafted, keeping all ingredients and spice balance in mind, highlighting the nuances of South Asian cuisine.
Each one is conceptualized by Pooja, whose passion for unique yet approachable desserts came at a young age.

This light sherbet lets the tart apricot flavor shine, and combined with sweet and piney mace (think: nutmeg but more delicate), Apricot Mace is the summer flavor combination that you didn’t know you were craving.
This flavor is the dessert in ice cream form. Using a honey based ice cream, and homemade baklava as a mix in, this ice cream is sweet, nutty, buttery and delicious.
A cardamom “whipped cream” base with rich, decadent streams of hot fudge, and a cherry rose ripple folded in throughout. Tastes like a birthday!
Our rendition takes this classic flavor to new heights – fennel seeds add unexpected notes of licorice that beautifully complement the sweetness of butterscotch. For that signature crunch, we've swapped candies with buttery toasted pecans!

Here we take the milky creaminess of Sweet Milk, and add the best “sprinkles” that we know: candied fennel seeds! Each bite will be a contrast of the sweetness of fresh dairy and the minty woodsiness of a pop of fennel seed. We created this flavor to celebrate the one year anniversary of our store, but we kept it around to keep the party going!

We couldn't think of a more iconic Indian sweet than kaju katli so we had to bring it to our Diwali flavor lineup.. Our version is a cashew ice cream swirled with a cashew fudge ripple and topped with a piece of housemade kaju katli (topped with its signature silver foil!).

We are celebrating Kamala Harris' glass ceiling shattering win as the first female VP of the US! We honor her East and West Indian roots by using coconut and mango - commonly used flavors from India and Jamaica - as the base of the ice cream. We then fold in jaggery candied lotus seeds as a nod to her name (kamala means lotus in Sanskrit).
