Full Time & Part Time Front of House Scooper (NYC, DC & Philly)

Malai seeks an enthusiastic Front of House ice cream scooper to serve product and represent the brand at our flagship store, during events, catering, and/or other shifts. This position requires excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm to learn about the products, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet. 

What You Will Do:  

• Event Operations and Sales

• Represent the company in retail operations, markets, events, and trade shows.

• Ensure brand standards and customer experiences are consistent and in line with company expectations at the store, markets, pop-ups, demonstrations, and other events.

• Serve product and maintain all cleanliness, organizational, and professional standards in line with both DOH and Malai expectations.

• Support onsite execution of sales at the store, markets, pop-ups, demonstrations and other events, including set-up and breakdown of all events.

• Hourly pay + tips

• NYC only: Food Handlers Permit, or commitment to acquire one within two weeks of hiring.
