Malai Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are perishable, all sales are considered final. However, we always want you to love your treats, and we will do our best to make things right in the rare event that something goes wrong.

In-Store Purchases

  • All ice cream, pastries, and specialty items are final sale. If there is an issue with your order at the time of purchase (incorrect item, quality concern, etc.), please notify a staff member immediately so we can address it on the spot.

  • If you have already left the scoop shop and notice a problem, please email us at info@malai.co.

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has left the store.

Local Pickup & Delivery

  • Orders are final sale once picked up or delivered.

  • If something seems incorrect or off upon receipt, please email info@malai.co within 24 hours with your order number and photos so our team can review the issue.

Shipping Orders (Nationwide)

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact Goldbelly at support@goldbelly.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Their team will assist you.

Gift Cards

  • All gift card purchases are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
