Malai Hibiscus Chaat Masala Sparkler Cocktail

Hibiscus Chaat Masala Sparkler

Makes: 2 cocktails 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint Hibiscus Chaat Masala

  • 6 ounces chilled Prosecco (or a sparkling wine of your choice)

  • 1 ounce chilled orange juice

  • Lime wedges, to serve

Instructions:

Divide the chilled Prosecco between two glasses. Top with half of the orange juice in each glass. Stir to combine.

Add a 3 ounce scoop of Malai Hibiscus Chaat Masala to each glass and press down with a spoon to ensure that it’s incorporated with the Prosecco and juice mixture.

Garnish with lime wedges and serve immediately.
